Artwork in the room
Since childhood, drawing has captivated me; even my math and other school notebooks were always covered with various sketches—much to the dismay of my teachers, who rarely praised me for it. After completing my art studies, I became a professional artist, but after a few years, life led me away from the heart of the art world.
During this lengthy period away from my artistic path, I constantly reassured myself that I would one day return. Now, that time has come, and I find myself once again immersed in creativity and the world of art.

About this artwork+
This painting by Egidijus Dapšas, titled "Vision," is captivating. It showcases a blend of grays, whites, and dark tones. The brushwork creates layers, giving a textured effect. The colors seem to flow, suggesting a foggy scene or a weathered wall. It's abstract, leaving much to the imagination. Egidijus Dapšas uses minimalism and abstraction here. These styles focus on the essentials, stripping away details to evoke feelings rather than depict reality. His technique allows viewers to interpret the painting in personal ways. The artist likely enjoys playing with ambiguity, making us ponder what we see.
