Vidmantas Zarėka, born in 1962 in Panevėžys, Lithuania, is an artist and educator.
Rooted in academic training, Vidmantas Zarėka demonstrates a strong command of form and composition, yet his practice remains open and exploratory. His works often begin in recognizable reality, gradually loosening into more open, atmospheric compositions.
