Raimonda Petraitė (b. 1992), creating under the pseudonym Mone Kielė, is a contemporary figurative painter.

In her work, the body is understood not as an image, but as an experience—a site where emotion, control, and resistance intersect.

The artist’s painting is characterized by impulsive gestures, contrasting colors, and tense, often uncomfortable figures. Here, the body becomes a territory in which the boundaries between freedom and constraint, vulnerability and defense are constantly redrawn. Instead of representation, she chooses state or condition—the gesture becomes language, and the posture of the body an emotional code.

The artist graduated from the Kaunas Faculty of the Vilnius Academy of Arts (painting), and later studied at the Faculty of Philosophy at Vilnius University, where she obtained a qualification in pedagogy. She has held solo exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, participates in group exhibitions, and her works are part of private collections.

About this artwork+

This painting by Mone Kielė is called "Find Your Perfect Style." It shows two people. The person on the left wears a pink top and a blue skirt. They pose confidently, lifting one leg slightly. The person next to them wears a mix of casual and formal clothes. They look thoughtful, with one hand touching their face. A dog stands nearby, adding warmth to the scene. The painting uses loose brush strokes and a lively blend of colors. Mone Kielė's style is expressive and dynamic. The details are vibrant yet relaxed. The painting captures different styles blending together.
