Aitmanė’s unique style features expressive, at times slightly rough, brushstrokes. This method enables her to portray nature in a way that avoids both clichés and excessive sentimentality, infusing her paintings with authenticity and vitality.
Since 2020, Laura Aitmanė has been exhibiting her works in solo shows. Through these exhibitions, she continues to investigate and present her fascination with the patterns and beauty found in nature.
About this artwork+
In the painting "Faith" by Laura Aitmanė, there is a wolf standing proudly in a forest. The animal looks majestic and strong. Its eyes are vivid and full of life. Surrounding the wolf, tall trees reach up to the sky. Their trunks are dark against a warm, golden background. Blue flowers cover the ground, adding a touch of color. The style is bold and expressive. Brushstrokes are visible, giving texture and depth. Aitmanė uses contrast well, with the dark trees against a light sky. The colors are rich and vibrant. The painting feels alive, capturing a moment in nature. It's both peaceful and powerful.
