Arūnas Miliukas is an artist who was born in Vilnius and continues to create his works there. Known for his unique and imaginative style, he has established a notable presence in Lithuania's contemporary art scene.

The painting depicts an imaginative structure resembling a snail shell, transformed into a whimsical building with multiple windows and a door. A small staircase ascends to the main entrance, positioned asymmetrically on the building's facade. Above the structure, a traditional lamppost, seemingly out of scale and purpose, dangles mid-air. The surroundings are barren, with muted earth tones and sparse vegetation, punctuated by simple puddles and thin, reed-like plants. Thin antenna-like structures protrude from the top of the shell-like edifice. The sky behind transitions softly from a textured blue at the top to warmer earthy hues near the horizon, enhancing the surrealistic atmosphere of the scene.
