Delicate colors and a misty atmosphere prompt viewers to wonder if they are immersed in a nighttime dream. His art merges humanity’s deepest questions and reflections: What are our origins? Where do we exist? What is truly real in our lives? Could it be that life, or our world itself, is nothing more than a dream?

About this artwork+

This painting is vivid and dynamic. It bursts with colors and energy. At the center, there are intense, swirling textures, resembling a chaotic, vibrant storm. Hues of blue, orange, and white mix together, creating a sense of movement. The artist, Arūnas Miliukas, seems to favor an abstract style. He uses thick, impasto techniques where the paint is laid on the canvas thickly, leaving visible brush strokes. This adds depth and richness. "Breath of the South East" might be inspired by natural forces or perhaps emotional climates. It’s open to interpretation. Miliukas's bold use of color and energetic application are truly captivating, making the artwork feel alive.
