Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.

Artūras Skopas, born in 1974, displayed a pronounced passion for the visual arts from a young age, a passion that would later influence both his studies and artistic career.
In 1992, Skopas completed his studies at Kauno Juozo Naujalio art school, a prestigious Lithuanian institution recognized for fostering talented artists. He also attended an institute for a year to study architecture, which enhanced his appreciation of artistic forms and structures.
Artūras Skopas is known for his preference for vivid colors and a clear focus on drawing in his art. These characteristics remain evident throughout his work, underscoring his unique style and technical proficiency.
His painting techniques involve working on surfaces such as cardboard and paper, and he makes use of materials including watercolor, colored pencils, markers, ink, and pastels. Skopas adeptly blends these various mediums to create lively, expressive pieces that embody his creative vision.
About this artwork+
The painting depicts two bananas, slightly overripe, with blemished and speckled skins stretching taut over their plump bodies. One banana partially overlaps the other, both curving gently away from each other at their tips. They rest against a neutral, softly shaded background that accentuates their vibrant yellow toned skins, tinged with green at the stems and flecked with brown and black spots signaling natural decomposition. The artist has rendered these fruits with an almost tactile realism, highlighting the glossy texture and subtle imperfections that characterize organic decay.
