In 1992, Skopas completed his studies at Kauno Juozo Naujalio art school, a prestigious Lithuanian institution recognized for fostering talented artists. He also attended an institute for a year to study architecture, which enhanced his appreciation of artistic forms and structures.

Artūras Skopas is known for his preference for vivid colors and a clear focus on drawing in his art. These characteristics remain evident throughout his work, underscoring his unique style and technical proficiency.
