Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.

Alvydas Goštautas stands out as a leading graphic artist residing in Vilnius, Lithuania. He graduated from the esteemed M.K. Čiurlionis Arts Gymnasium and subsequently completed his specialization in graphics at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. This educational path laid a strong groundwork for his artistic growth and expertise in graphic methods.
Goštautas is an active participant in the international art community, having presented his works at numerous exhibitions, including biennials and triennials in cities like Belgrade, Cacak, Yerevan, Trakya, among others. Beyond his international endeavors, he has also held many solo exhibitions across Lithuania. His artworks have been acquired by collectors from various countries, which reflects the widespread attraction of his creative achievements.
His graphic works are distinguished by a lively interplay of lines and forms, further enriched by vivid colors. Goštautas mainly creates in an abstract manner, delving into the visual potential of natural wood textures. This unique style is intensified by the bold contrast between black and white backgrounds, as well as eye-catching highlights in red, blue, yellow, and green. The layered arrangements generate strong, generalized, expressionist effects, notable for their singular sense of rhythm and musicality within the prints.
Alvydas Goštautas’s artistry brings together Lithuanian graphic traditions with experimental techniques, forging a distinctive and personal course in the field of contemporary Lithuanian graphic art. By pushing the boundaries of materials and methods, he actively shapes and enhances the progress and prestige of modern Lithuanian graphics on both national and international platforms.

About this artwork+
The painting presents a dominant, rough-textured red mass at the center, surrounded by lighter brushstrokes that create a sense of movement and chaos. The thick red strokes are bold and convey intensity, possibly reflecting emotional or physical turmoil. The surrounding white and lighter red areas provide a stark contrast, emphasizing the central explosion of color. The textures and layers suggest depth and might symbolize a journey or a significant event. The overall effect is striking, almost visceral, inviting the viewer to contemplate the emotions and scenarios that inspired such a dynamic composition.
