About this artwork+

The painting captivates with a surreal and intense portrait of a bald figure whose face emerges from a dark, speckled blue background. The person's skin is rendered in natural tones, contrasting sharply with the striking green eyes that gaze directly at the viewer. Most compelling are the hands, painted with red-tipped fingers, that actively manipulate the face. One hand partially covers the forehead, its fingers splayed open to reveal a third eye on the palm, while another hand pulls at the lower part of the face, distorting features and adding a layer of expressiveness. The overall mood is both mysterious and unsettling, suggesting themes of inner vision and the multifaceted nature of identity.
