Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. About this artwork+
The painting "Flight 1" by Sergejus Želobčastas shows a black cat and a human face, both looking up. The background is golden-yellow. There are paper airplanes flying in the air and a small blue window. The cityscape at the bottom is blurred and subtle. Želobčastas uses a realist style for the cat and the human features, but also incorporates abstract elements like the simplified airplanes and the dreamy, unclear city. This mix of reality and abstraction creates a sense of wonder. The use of vibrant gold tones gives the painting warmth and a sense of depth. The artist cleverly plays with texture and light to draw the viewer's eyes upwards, following the gaze of the cat and the direction of the airplanes.
