In 2014, she was honored with the A. Gudaitis Prize for her artistic accomplishments. About this artwork+

The painting depicts a surreal, dream-like scene where a cyclist and their bicycle are swept up into a swirling sky. The sky is a dynamic whirlpool of creamy whites, soft blues, and subtle grays, seemingly in motion with rolling clouds that blend seamlessly into each other, creating a fluid, almost liquid atmosphere. The person on the bicycle, dressed in red and white, appears both minuscule and vivid against the vast, tumultuous backdrop of the sky. Below this celestial scene, there is a hint of a dark, brooding landscape that contrasts sharply with the airy and tumultuous sky above. The entire composition conveys a sense of motion and the whimsical interplay between the ordinary—a person bicycling—and the extraordinary element of being carried away by the wind into the sky.
