Every painting you buy in our gallery is an original work of art. With every painting we sell you receive a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees that you are buying a work by that specific artist.
Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
Artwork in the room
Neringa Marcinkevičiūtė-Strazdė is a graphic artist known for her minimalist style and contemplative effect. By employing spare lines in her works, she creates room within the gallery space, allowing both the environment and the viewer's thoughts to "breathe" and inviting a sense of calm reflection. Interacting with her pieces becomes an open-ended dialogue—a conversation that unfolds into pauses and silences. Such an atmosphere encourages each viewer to bring in their own experiences, instinctively continuing a quiet internal exchange with the artist or themselves.
Neringa Marcinkevičiūtė-Strazdė’s artistic practice centers on exploring emptiness, space, and silence, guided by the belief that "less is better than too much." She is conscious of the fast pace and relentless busyness that modern life imposes, and her work offers a gentle retreat for herself and her audience. She is deliberate in eliminating unnecessary elements, choosing instead to maintain clarity and openness in her compositions. The avoidance of visual clutter draws attention to the power of what is omitted—those parts left unsaid or undrawn.
Lately, Neringa has turned her attention to the human form, which she conveys as both isolated and within groups. The figures she draws exhibit elegance and appear absorbed in their own world, detached from their surrounding context. Though tranquil in appearance, these subjects express individuality and complexity, hinting at a range of roles, dimensions, and different personalities contained within each one.
Through her subtle renderings, Neringa Marcinkevičiūtė-Strazdė explores the idea of inner conflict—her figures represent numerous facets existing within a single self, yet beneath it all is the core identity and a primal, natural human essence seeking to surface. With subtlety and grace, her art invites contemplation on personal identity and the fine balance between the revealed and concealed elements of existence.

About this artwork+
The artwork depicts a figure lying prone on the ground, its body stretched out in a relaxed, almost fluid pose. The figure appears to be a woman, based on the contours and form. Hair bundled at the back of the head suggests a casual, unrestrained state. The depiction is minimalistic with delicate, fine lines outlining the figure sharply against a blank, lightly textured background that might imply a soft, grassy surface. The limbs are slender and elongated, conveying a sense of elegance and tranquility. The face is not visible, adding a layer of anonymity and universality to the figure, inviting the viewer to focus more on the posture and the implied serenity of the moment captured.
