Mira Seiba - painter, artist, designer. She worked as an interior designer for more then 20 years. After that she dedicated herself to painting as it offered deeper, more vital and more mysterious world.

The painter has an excellent “sense of color” and an exceptionally strong sense of composition. Moreover, Miroslava boldly explores contemporary genres, and her style has become entirely personal and easily recognizable. The emotional impact of her work is very powerful.

Many of the artist’s paintings are featured in both private and public spaces. These are multilayered works in every sense, inviting prolonged contemplation. Most often, they are large-format pieces, yet - as an architect - the artist masterfully controls scale and freely plays with color and composition.

About this artwork+

This painting by Mira Seiba, titled "HANUKKAH," is quite intriguing. At first glance, it reveals a bold, fiery orb at the top with a deep, dark ambiance surrounding it. The dominant color is a dark shade that transitions into deeper blues and black towards the bottom. Streaks, scratches, and softer lines create a feeling of movement and drama. Mira Seiba’s style in this artwork appears abstract. She uses a mix of smooth and rough textures that give the painting a dynamic quality. There's a sense of depth and rich contrast, making the central fiery orb stand out vividly against the dark background. This might symbolize the light of a menorah brightly shining in the darkness, a key element of Hanukkah. Overall, the use of dark colors contrasted with the bright central area creates a powerful visual impact. It conjures emotions and perhaps reflects the theme of hope and miracles associated with the Hanukkah festival.
