Every painting you buy in our gallery is an original work of art. With every painting we sell you receive a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees that you are buying a work by that specific artist.
Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
Kristina Trumpienė is an artist whose relationship with painting has shifted over the years. Though she took a substantial break from her artistic endeavors, her love for art remained ever-present, manifesting instead as vivid visions within her imagination. Highly sensitive to her environment, Kristina draws inspiration from the various color palettes she observes in her daily life—be it at work, at home, or outdoors in nature.
Having recently realized a long-cherished aspiration, Kristina has resumed painting and now brings her imaginative concepts to canvas. Her home acts as the primary showcase for her artwork, where her own paintings contribute both coziness and aesthetic appeal to her surroundings. For Kristina, creating art is not only a personal pursuit; it is also a means of beautifying her space and lifting the spirits of those who view her pieces.
In her painting, Kristina focuses on blending vivid tones with soft, delicate hues, purposefully avoiding dark or brooding subject matter. She aims to foster a cheerful and inviting atmosphere through her works, steering clear of any sense of heaviness or sorrow. Central to her artistic philosophy is the emotional resonance of her pieces, as she makes it a priority to imbue every creation with a welcoming warmth.
Fashion and contemporary interior design trends significantly influence Kristina’s creative process. She takes pleasure in weaving up-to-date styles and colors into her paintings, ensuring her art complements modern interiors. Staying connected with current trends brings Kristina satisfaction and allows her work to remain lively and relevant in the sphere of interior decoration.
About this artwork+
The painting "Calm Winter" by Kristina Trumpienė captures a cool, serene scene, dominated by muted shades of gray and white. The brushwork is dynamic and features heavy textural elements that create an almost tactile sensation, reminiscent of a wintery landscape veiled by falling snow or frost. In some areas, the texture conserves free-form loops and curls, suggesting the whimsical interplay of wind and snow. The subtle interplay of light and shadow enhances the depth, providing a luminous quality that conveys the stillness and subdued quietude of a calm winter day. The composition is both stark and enchanting, inviting the viewer to feel the chill and tranquility of the scene.
