Justina Česnauskaitė is a professional illustrator who presents her work in both local and international exhibitions.

She is interested in different cultures and has lived abroad for many years, in Belgium and the United Kingdom. Justina studied Applied Graphics at the Vilnius Academy of Arts and during her studies she also was studying in Spain at the Valencia Polytechnic University. Justina creates digital illustrations and 2d short animations, works with clay, paints and runs educational workshops. The scenes she depicts are colourful, her compositions are harmonious and she conveys emotions and the mood of each situation with precision. The illustrator draws inspiration from her surroundings, nature, people, food, and dreams. Her illustrations of Lithuanian recipes have attracted significant attention. She illustrates recipes from her family and friends, presenting them playfully and writing them in two languages – Lithuanian and English. In the illustrations created for this project, everyone can find a story of their own. In 2024, Justina created and, together with the publishing house Alma Littera, released a bilingual colouring book, “Gaminam kartu / Let’s Cook Together”.
