About this artwork+

The painting by Irena Jasiūnienė, titled "It's Getting Late," captures a tranquil nature scene. It features tall grasses and bushes under a soft, glowing sky, showing shades of blues, oranges, and pinks. The style is impressionistic, focusing more on the play of light and color than on precise detail. Brush strokes are visible, giving the painting a textured, vibrant look. The artist seems to convey a peaceful end of the day, with colors blending into a harmonious sunset scene. Jasiūnienė employs a gentle palette to evoke a feeling of calmness and reflection as the day slowly fades.
