About this artwork+

The painting depicts a bouquet of lush flowers in various shades of pink and lavender, arranged in a rounded grey vase. The flowers are dense at the top, with blooms ranging from deep pinks to softer lilac tones, suggesting a mix of different species. Their delicate petals appear almost translucent, touched by light and rendered with soft, brushy strokes that give them an ethereal quality. Slender, leafy stems in shades of green and yellow support the blooms, dipping outward in a natural, relaxed spread. Several petals have fallen, resting gently on the surface near the base of the vase, adding to the scene's gentle, serene feel. The background is subtle, painted in neutral tones that accentuate the softness and vibrant color of the flowers.
