Certificate of authenticity and return guarantee
Certificate of authenticity
Every painting you buy in our gallery is an original work of art. With every painting we sell you receive a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees that you are buying a work by that specific artist.
Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
Artwork in the room
Giedrius Kuzmickas is a skilled designer and artist who earned his degree in industrial and graphic design from the Vilnius Academy of Arts in Lithuania. His academic training has given him a strong grounding in art, color theory, composition, and aesthetics, all of which are clearly reflected in the wide range of his work. Well-established in publishing, editorial, and graphic design, Giedrius is also highly proficient as a photographer.
Over the course of his career, Kuzmickas has focused his talents on designing books and magazines. He has served as a senior designer for notable publications such as Harper’s BAZAAR and GEO Lithuania, positions that have enabled him to refine his visual expression and influence the creative direction of acclaimed media outlets.
Alongside his professional achievements in design, Giedrius has consistently cultivated his artistic interests as a painter—a pursuit that began during his studies. His paintings stand out through their vibrant and unconventional color palettes, dynamic geometric forms, and richly textured surfaces. These qualities give his works a modern character, making them suitable for exhibition in both private collections and public venues, whether displayed individually or as part of curated sets.
Residing now in Vilnius, Lithuania, Giedrius Kuzmickas has drawn the attention of collectors not only in his native country but also abroad, with his art being purchased by enthusiasts from across Europe and Japan. His ongoing artistic development demonstrates his commitment to both design and the fine arts, resulting in pieces that are visually appealing and culturally significant.
