About this artwork+

This painting by Egidijus Godliauskas, titled "Inner Fire," is quite striking. It features bold, sweeping strokes of red, blue, green, and earthy tones. The colors mix and overlap, creating an intense, almost chaotic emotion. This emphasis on color and motion makes it feel alive, as if the painting itself has a heartbeat. The style is abstract and expressive. It doesn't show specific forms or detailed images. Instead, it uses color and form to evoke feelings and ideas. Egidijus Godliauskas seems to focus on the emotional impact of colors and how they interact with each other. Interestingly, the title "Inner Fire" suggests a sense of passion or a burst of energy, which is reflected in the vibrant and dynamic use of colors. This adds a layer of interpretation to the artwork, inviting viewers to think about what might be stirring within themselves.
