Certificate of authenticity and return guarantee
Certificate of authenticity
Every painting you buy in our gallery is an original work of art. With every painting we sell you receive a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees that you are buying a work by that specific artist.
Please note that buying a painting does not transfer its copyright — you do not acquire the right to use the artwork commercially, for example to copy it or produce reproductions.
30-day return guarantee
Our main goal is to help you find the one artwork that truly fits and delights you — it is an object that will decorate your home for a long time and will eventually be passed on to future generations.
Although by law works of art cannot be returned (the seller's consent is required), don't worry — if you have doubts within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us: we will take the work back and refund your money, or offer you to choose another one from our art platform!
Delivery
Delivery time: 10–14 business days. Every artwork ships insured by courier (FedEx/DHL) with a tracking number. Originals are one-off pieces and are packed with particular care. If you need the piece sooner, contact us — we can usually find a solution. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply; these are borne by the recipient.
Returns
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — no reasons needed. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice (linked in the footer). Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Contact us and we will find a solution.
Artwork in the room
Daumantas Tomas Pilipavičius is a Lithuanian artist known for his commitment to both painting and art restoration. He studied at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, earning his master's degree there in 2005. He subsequently advanced his training, completing postgraduate studies and receiving the academic degree of licentiate of arts in 2009.
Pilipavičius has played an active role in Lithuania’s art scene, becoming a member of the Union of Lithuanian Artists in 2009. He is part of the painters section, which reflects his main artistic focus. Throughout his professional life, he has held eight solo exhibitions and participated in more than thirty group exhibitions, bringing his work to a wide public. Additionally, he has taken part in over twenty plein air symposiums both domestically and internationally, further broadening his artistic experience.
Alongside his accomplishments as a painter, Daumantas Tomas Pilipavičius is also a qualified restorer of mural paintings. His dedication to art conservation is further illustrated by his membership in the Union of Lithuanian Restorers, which he joined in 2012. Through balancing the roles of creator and conservator, he demonstrates a holistic approach to visual art.
His artwork encompasses a range of subjects, including portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. He is especially engaged with the city of Vilnius, often finding inspiration in its architecture and historical background. This connection to his surroundings is evident in his art, through which Pilipavičius honors the distinctive identity and lasting spirit of Vilnius.
