About this artwork+

This painting by Agnė Juškaitė, titled "Still Life on the Windowsill," showcases a vibrant collection of fruits and vegetables. There are pumpkins, apples, tomatoes, and zucchinis placed on a windowsill. You can see a lush green landscape through the window behind these items. Juškaitė uses bold, expressive brushstrokes that give the painting a lively, dynamic feel. Her use of bright, saturated colors draws attention to each object, making them pop against the softer, blurred background. This technique brings an energized yet harmonious feel to the artwork. The painting beautifully captures the natural beauty of simple, everyday items, highlighting the artist's skill in using color and form to celebrate the ordinary. It’s a lovely example of modern still life, full of life and color.
